London, 18 June 2007. Orange today announces new structure of its Advertising Sales Client Services team into two distinct divisions, Client Sales and Client Development. Overseen by Jane McFadzean, the restructure offers two focused teams for increased client support and greater creative services.
Existing direct clients will benefit from a dedicated account manager from within the Client Sales team. This single point of contact will promote a more streamlined approach to clients' needs. The Client Sales team will also be responsible for generating new client relationships for Orange.
The Client Development team will focus on providing creative solutions for both direct and agency clients, encouraging innovative and imaginative advertising solutions on orange.co.uk. The team will also promote sponsorship and bespoke microsite offerings, producing tailored solutions based on individual customer objectives.
In addition, Orange will offer clients an in-house journalist from the content team to assist with editorial and advertorial opportunities, providing greater flexibility for campaigns and giving added value to the content. The agency sales team is unaffected by the new structure, but media agencies will benefit from the additional service provided.
